• Do you have a minimum order requirement? There is no minimum per order, however certain items do have a minimum quantity.

• Do you offer delivery? Yes! With a minimum order of $250, $35 deliver fee within 10 miles and $50 deliver fee for 10 - 35 miles. Please inquire for locations more than 35 miles. *Does not include services contracted with Styled Dream Events.

• Do you set up and serve? If setup and service is needed, we will coordinate this service with event planner - Styled Dream Events.

• Do you provide chaffing dishes? If chaffers are required, please let us know when sending in your inquiry and we'll be sure to include in the quote.

• Do you have a minimum timeframe to place an order? Most orders less than $500 can be placed in 5 – 7 days. Otherwise, please place orders at least 2 weeks before your event date; an additional fee may be charged for Rush orders over $500 if requested less than 2 weeks before your event. We highly recommend that events with a guest count of 100 or more be booked at least 30 days in advance to ensure date availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTICE DEADLINE

For orders under $750, we require a 48-hour advance cancellation notice before the order or event date.

For orders totaling more than $750, we require a 72-hour advance cancellation notice before the order or event date.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. The remaining balance shall be paid upon

pick-up or delivery.

Payments via cash, checks, credit and debit are acceptable forms of payment.

​

Deposit are non-refundable if order is cancelled past the notice deadline.

​

Cancellations and Order Refusals will not be accepted on the same day of your scheduled pick-up. Your provided card will be charged in the total amount of your order regardless of cancellation or no pickup.

**The cancellation policy on food items is specific to Taste of Guam, LLC. For Styled Dream Events, is based on the contractual agreement. **
